Day 4 #DGNYC

We began this morning with a fabulous Broadway Workshop at Studio 54 with performers from both “Dear Evan Hansen” and “School of Rock.” The workshop involved students learning an excerpt from the “Dear Evan Hansen” Act 1 finale, “You Will Be Found,” followed by a Q & A with the performers! What an amazing experience to hear firsthand accounts of being on Broadway!

Our tour concluded with a trip to the Top of the Rock, where we experienced some of the city’s best views from Central Park to Manhattan's Midtown and Downtown skyscrapers. There’s really no better way to end an amazing tour than with an overview like this!

Day 3 #DGNYC

We headed into the city for a tour of Radio City Music Hall! We even met a Rockette! Students spent time exploring the area around Rockefeller Center before heading to a lavish matinee of Disney’s “The Lion King.”

Before dinner at The Marriott Marquis, we explored Times Square! Another busy day full of learning and fun!

Day 2 #DGNYC

What a great day! After a wonderful breakfast, we headed out to Rutgers University for a clinic with Dr. Pat Gardner. Dr. Gardner provided guidance and inspiration that infiltrated our afternoon performance at the incredible St. John the Divine!

After our performance, we headed to Central Park for an amazing walking tour, followed by dinner at Naples 45 at Grand Central Terminal. We concluded the evening with a viewing of the powerful Broadway hit, “Dear Evan Hansen” - the perfect evening to a great day!
